Digital impressions

Send a digital scan

Choose your intraoral scanner and follow the steps to connect it to our laboratory. The connection only needs to be made once; your scans then reach us directly. Menu names are shown as they appear in each software.

Trios (3Shape Communicate)
  1. Log in to your account at portal.3shapecommunicate.com.
  2. Open the “Connections” tab, then click “Add connection”.
  3. Search for Laboratoire Briotech or our address scans@labobriotech.com, then click “Connect”.
  4. Once the connection is accepted, on your Trios scanner open “Configure” → “Lab Connections” and click “Refresh” to display our laboratory.
  5. Select Laboratoire Briotech as the recipient when sending your cases.
iTero (MyiTero)
  1. Log in to your account at myitero.com.
  2. Open “Settings”, then “My Labs”.
  3. Click “Add Lab” and enter our Lab ID: 545843, then click “Connect”.
  4. Once the connection is accepted, our laboratory appears as a recipient on your scanner: select it when sending your cases.
Primescan (DS Core)
  1. Log in to your account at dscore.com.
  2. Open the “Practice” menu, then “Preferred Labs”.
  3. Click “Add Preferred Lab” and search for BrioTech BrioFixe or our address scans@labobriotech.com, then confirm.
  4. Select BrioTech BrioFixe as the laboratory when sending your cases.
Dexis (IS ScanFlow / DEXIS IS Connect)
  1. Open DEXIS IS Connect (from IS ScanFlow or on the web).
  2. In the “Partners” section, choose “Invite a partner” (or “Add Lab”).
  3. Search for Laboratoire Briotech Inc or enter our address scans@labobriotech.com, then send the invitation.
  4. Once the connection is accepted, select Laboratoire Briotech Inc as your partner laboratory when sending your cases.
AlliedStar (AS Connect)
  1. Log in to your AS Connect account.
  2. Open the “My Partner” menu (globe icon, lower left).
  3. Click “Add Partner”, enter our address scans@labobriotech.com, then click “Search”.
  4. Select our laboratory in the results and click “Apply”.
  5. Once the connection is accepted, our laboratory appears in your “Partners” list: select it when sending your cases.
Other scanner
  1. Export your scan files in STL, PLY, OBJ or 3MF format.
  2. Attach them to the online prescription, at the “Impression and files” step.
