What types of dental prostheses do you make?
We fabricate crowns and bridges, complete, partial and immediate removable dentures, cast partial dentures, occlusal guards and Essix appliances, implant prosthetics, ceramic restorations and sports mouthguards. We also handle repairs and relines.
How do I send you a case?
The easiest way is to fill out our online prescription, available 24/7. Existing clients can also use the client portal or the Briotech Clients app. For a conventional impression, fill out the online prescription, then ship the impression to us by dental courier if your office has access to one, or otherwise by a standard courier service.
Do you accept digital impressions?
Yes. You can connect your intraoral scanner (Trios, iTero, Primescan, Dexis, AlliedStar) directly to our laboratory: see the steps for each scanner. You can also attach your scan files (STL, PLY, OBJ or 3MF), photos and documents to the online prescription or in the client portal.
What are your turnaround times?
Turnaround times depend on the type of work: for example, about 2 business days for a simple repair and 15 business days for a crown or bridge. The online prescription automatically calculates the estimated delivery date, taking weekends and statutory holidays into account.
How can I track my cases?
With the client portal and the Briotech Clients app, you can follow the status of your cases, message our team and view your invoices and statements.
Do you serve offices outside Sherbrooke?
Yes. Our laboratory is located in Sherbrooke, but we work with dentists and denturists across Quebec. Digital scans are sent directly through the online prescription or the client portal. Conventional impressions are shipped to us by dental courier if your office has access to one, or otherwise by a standard courier service.
Who can send a prescription to the laboratory?
Licensed dentists (DMD) and denturists (DD). Your licence number is requested with your first prescription in order to validate your file.
