How the turnaround is calculated
- Turnaround times are in business days: weekends and statutory holidays are not counted.
- The turnaround starts when the case is received at the laboratory (impression, model or scan). The date shown in the online prescription is an estimate, confirmed on receipt.
- An incomplete case, or one that needs clarification, may be delayed: we will contact your office before starting.
- For a rush request, say so in the prescription or call us at (819) 573-2115: we will confirm whether we can meet it.
